ABOUT

Joanne Rule MBE

I can help you to meet your work-related goals, whether they are about growing your leadership abilities, thriving amidst massive change, or trying to gain greater perspective about work.  My philosophy is that leadership is something to develop at an early stage of your career, so I work with new managers as well as senior people.

 

I have more than 25 years’ experience, first working in public affairs and communication roles and then as a voluntary sector chief executive, holding public posts too. Since 2008 I have worked as a leadership coach and coach-consultant with a portfolio of clients. I also work with associates and partners.

With more than 25 years’ experience of the health and social care sector, many of my clients are also in the sector. Past and current clients include the Professional Standards Authority, GSK, Royal College of Nursing, Sheffcare and Macmillan Cancer Support on whose behalf I  have devised and developed programmes on values based change.
